Good Carbs vs Bad Carbs
Good Carbs:
These are the carbs without the added refined sugar: for instance, fruits, whole grains, (brown), rice and vegetables. These healthy carbohydrates (called complex carbs) contain naturally occurring sugars that the body can easily and slowly metabolize for balanced brain function, mood attitude and useful energy.
